Popstic™ is a VR gaming platform created by Specular Theory, Inc.
We make fun VR games that are “Stic-based,” using a proprietary gaming mechanic and a custom Popstic™ peripheral to create endless amounts of gameplay.
Popstic™ games take popular techniques from music, rhythm, strategy, and puzzle games, combining them with movement and style inspired by EDM, poi dance, martial arts, fire spinning, and flow arts. While using the Stic peripheral is optional, we highly recommend it because it makes gameplay more fun and gives a great core workout.
Popstic™ games are easy to learn and impossible to master, appealing to all ages and skill levels.
The Stic controller is a sleek, lightweight peripheral made for everyone, from complete novices to experienced gamers. The Stic eliminates the need to hold two controllers or to push any buttons. Designed to quickly pop on and off an HTC Vive controller, the Stic makes it easy for arcade operators and consumers to modify existing hardware, and opens up a whole new category of music, dance, fitness, and rhythm games.
